Refunds — Dueplans

DRAFT — the 14-day no-questions policy is a reasonable default for a digital one-time purchase, but it is a user decision (decision D-8 context; build plan §WP-MC flags it).

Dueplans costs CA$29, once. If it isn’t what you expected, tell us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund the full CA$29 — no questions, no forms. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address you bought with, and we’ll process it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. [5–10 business days = estimate; confirm or adjust at approval.]

After 14 days, purchases are final.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under Canadian consumer-protection law.
